Welcome to 2012. Time to Celebrate!

WOW! Are you as excited about 2012 as I am? I feel refreshed and extremely excited about the new year.  The older I get, the more I start to appreciate life; sounds cliche' I know, but it's true.  I can look at my life now and see growth.  This year, I have a lot in store for you.  I want this to be the year that you finally tackle some of those projects in your home that you've been putting off for one reason or another.  I want to help you set up a bar, so your girlfriends can stop by for an in-home happy hour or stock your cabinets with dishes so perfect, that they make everyday meals seem like little celebrations. I've seen your boards and must admit, you are collecting some beautiful items for your home life.  My goal is to help you move them from your computer into your home. It's time to start living again!  As I'm consistently challenging and stretching myself, I've started a new blog called Kimberly and Cameron everyday, which covers the day to day activities that go into running both Kimberly and Cameron Interiors and Pinkeggshell.com.  The year 2012 marks our tenth year in business, and I'll be taking a hard look at where the business is now and making the tough decisions necessary to move it to the next level.  If you are running a business,  join me there as I ensure a promise to always be extremely honest and transparent with you. Here at Pinkeggshell, we've added new tabs and new content. We plan to give you as much design information and inspiration as possible.  2011 was a stellar year for me.  As many of you know, I filmed "Design Wars" for HGTV, and got to participate in other really cool design events like the "Next Cool Thing." Stick around; I promise you will not be bored. After all, celebrating is what I do best!

  1. Ooowee...looks like you are busy-busy! I love the concept of your other blog too. I definitely plan to do projects that I have been putting off for one reason or another and really take it to the next level. Your blog will HAVE to be one of my resources. Thanks so much! Happy New Year!

  2. Thanks a million. You know, I love your blog also. I really want to make the information here very useful and insightful. I had a very good year in 2011. The highlights were meeting new bloggers and learing more and more about how people live. I've changed the format of Pinkeggshell to reflect the things that I've learned. Follow us on pintrest for even more ideas and visual stimulation. I'm glad that you are here.
